Any item purchased from ModelCars.com comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the item you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping and restocking free).

Ordered the wrong model? Didn't like the decals? What ever the reason, anything you buy from ModelCars.com is fully exchangeable. We want to be sure you get exactly what you want.

1. Contact us and let us know which item you need to return or exchange.
2. We will give you an RA number. Be sure to write this on the outside of the return.
3. Send the return to the address below, and you're done!

The Fine Print
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. Items being returned for a refund will incur a 15% restocking fee unless it was an item that was sent wrong on our part, arrived damaged, or materially different than what was described on our site. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges.
