This kit builds so solid a model that it can be used to demonstrate the stages of the moon landing mission. First appearing in the late 60's when NASA was achieving the goal of moon exploration, this model was designed to include the LEM (Lunar Exploratiion Module) as well as the command capsule. The model makes an impressive office decoration.
