If the item you ordered is not quite what you had in mind, you can return the item for an exchange or refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping and restocking fees).  Apparel Return policy has seperate terms and is listed at bottom of page.

Exchanges Are As Easy As 1-2-3

Ordered the wrong model? Didn't like the decals? We want to be sure you get exactly what you want.

1. Contact us and let us know which item you need to return or exchange.
2. We will give you an RA number. Be sure to write this on the outside of the shipping box.
3. Send the return to the address we provide, and you're done!

The Fine Print

Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. All items must be in perfect unused condition, with all components, complete with original packaging. Items being returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking fee unless modelcars.com shipped the incorrect item, item arrived damaged, or is materially different than what was described on our website.   Original Shipping Fees (currently flat $9.99 charge for orders less than $89.99) will NOT be refunded for returned items.  Diecast Models and Scale Model Kits along with paint/accessories may ship from different locations; the customer is responsible for return shipment cost to each location when multiple products are purchased on an order and then need to be returned to different locations. There is NO restocking fee for exchanges.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.  If a shipment is not able to be delivered based upon the address the buyer provides, shipping fees will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the order upon refund application.  We carry many items and not all are stocked in our warehouses which means we must meet the return standards of our suppliers which in many cases means products must not be open, and packaging must be perfectly intact in order to receive a refund.  Please be sure you want the product before opening the manufacturer's packaging as refund policies are strictly enforced.  

Apparel and Apparel Accessories (T-Shirts/Hats/Sweatshirts etc.)

Apparel sold by Modelcars.com is manufactured on demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are NOT supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind about the design you purchased.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Modelcars offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product purchase. Please get in touch with our team using the customerservice@modelcars.com email and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
